CHURCH LOCATOR

Our Faith

• We believe...in one God in three Persons – Father (Yahweh), Son (Yahshua or Jesus), and Holy Spirit.

• We believe...in the deity, eternal pre-existence, miraculous conception, virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ.

• We believe...that the whole Bible is the inspired Word of God and that true doctrine for faith, practice, government, and discipline must be established from the New Testament, witnessed by the law and prophets.

• We believe...in the spiritual rebirth (repentance, justification, and regeneration), in sanctification, and in the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

• We believe...in the complete restoration of every governmental office, ministerial and spiritual gift, doctrine, and practice of the New Testament Church.

• We believe...in the restoration of the Judaic heritage of the church, including its liturgical calendar of the seventh-day Sabbath and festivals of God (Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles).

• We believe...in the return of Jesus Christ to establish His kingdom, in which the resurrected and living saints will reign with Him for one thousand years.

• We believe
...in eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked.

About Worship

We believe that all New Testament worship experiences are appropriate for the church today. We encourage our members to meet in local assemblies for worship that includes the following:

• Singing the Word of God - Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs are sung, with lyrics that are Biblical.

• Musical Instruments - We believe that all musical instruments may be used in praise of God.

• Dancing - We employ both spontaneous and liturgical dancing to “praise God in the dance.”

• Raising our Hands - The universal demonstration of extending praise to God and surrendering to Him.

• Tithing and Giving - A vital worship experience.

• Body Ministry - The members of the body of Christ minister to one another through prayer.

• Ministry of the Word - Preaching brings God’s Word for the hour to His people to create faith and obedience.

• Laying on of Hands - An ancient Biblical tradition for the impartation of blessing and authority.

• Manifestation of the Spirit - We practice the operation of both the five ministerial and the nine spiritual gifts (charisms) of the Holy Spirit.
